Make Chinese spinach and peanut salad and prepare Tom yam goong
Hello hello good afternoon guys welcome back to my blog today i am come back to tell you what story and what we are doing in kitchen today, so keep stay in my blog and read until end guys and check it out.
Today I wake up at 5:00 I take a shower and after taking a shower I pray first and after pray, I get ready to go to campus but before that I check the tool bag and check the neat of the clothes and grooming and after everything is complete and neat I go to campus.
After arriving at the campus we were one line and in cash by beautiful and kind seniors, namely kak yusria safira wkwkw ... and before doing we were reviewed by our seniors and ordered to take one of the ingredients and explain it, after that we proceed to prepare yesterday namely Chinese spinach and peanut salad.
Dan ingredients dari chinese spinach and peanut salad:
1. spinach, tought ends removed 500 gr
2. raw peanuts 1 cup
3. peanut oil (or vegetable oil) 1 tbsp
4. chinese black vinegar 2 tbsp
5.light soy sauce 1 tsp
6. sugar 2 tsp
7. salt 1/2 tsp
8. minced ginger (optional) roasted with sesame seed for decoration 2 tsp
PROCEDURE:
1.Bring a large pot of water to a ball. over medium heat until cooked throug , Drain spinach and set aside to cool.
2. Add oil and peanuts to a wok (or small skillet). Heath ver medium heat and stir with a spatula continuously, until the skin of the peanuts turns dark brown and the edges turn golden brown. Turn off heat immediately and transfer peanuts to a plate to cool.
3. Combine black vinegar, light soy sauce, sugar, and salt in a small bowl, mix well, and set aside.
4. When spinach is cool enough to handle, squeeze extra I water out of it with both hands. Chop spinach into pieces I about 8 centimeters (3 Inches) in length and transfer to I several small serving bowls.
5.Right before serving, top spinach with peanuts and drizzle I with the vinegar sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds and I serve immediately
After that we plating to explain. after that we went back one line and the seniors divided the next group to prepare for the 2.2 rotation and our group got soup is Tom Yam Goong.
And menu rotasi 2.2 we are prepare today are:
1. thai beef salad (appetizer)
2. tom yam goong (soup)
3. gai tod takrai (main course)
4. yam makeua yo (main course)
5. khau plao (main course)
6. khao neow ma mauny (dessert)
