Make croissant for breakfast
Hy hy gusy... welcome back to my blog today we are practic again in the third week,i would come back tell you what we arw doing in kitchen and what we make today?? So keep stay in my blog and read.
Today sir ical explain about rotation menu, and sir ical choice my group for make breakfast, adn this menu breakfast today
-coffe and tea
-egg benedict
-croissant
-coklat muffin
-dannis
And i make croissant with dina, i'm very nervous for make croissant, but i am try it. The first try we are failed i don't know why, and this is recipe croissant:
And the second i am try it failed again because the texture very hard and the inside my croissan not cooked, and in the third try failed again and this is the mistake is we are make croissant with margarine not with butter.

1. Hard flour 1000gr
2. Croissant fat 300gr
3. Fresh milk 500ml
4. Butter 100gr
5. Whole egg 100gr
6. Salt 15gr
7. Sugar 25 gr
8. Yeast 8gr
It was night but my croissant not ready and sir ical say "don't come back if you are croissant not ready". So senior, boby, muis, sahrul, and afrisa help me for make croissant, and the last try we are success for make croissant because problem is butter.
And time show hours 02:00 AM and we are clean floor, table working, and all equipment we use before. And we are break (sleep) for breakfast tomorrow.
