ROTASI 1.3 (MAIN COURSE)
Hy hy gusy, wlcome back to my blog. Today is the last practic before mid test, and today i want come back to tell you what we are doing today and what story in kitchen today ? keep stay in my blog and read my blog.
Today we are practic menu rotasi 1.3 and the menu are:
1. Sambal ulang ulang
2. Sambal kenari (almond sauce)
3. Sop kacang merah
4. Bebek menyatnyat
5. Brine
6. Rice
7. Sambal mata
8. Plecing sayur
9. Bika ambon
And my group get main course are:
1. Rice
2. Bebek menyatnyat
3. Plecing sayur
And today i am coming at 04:00 AM and i just alone in kitchen, and i am take key i security post, after that i am open the kitcehen and turn on exhaust, open the window, turn on gass for stuff after that,i am cooked rice. The firs i am scale rice 4 kg and i am wash rice three time, and boiling water water and leave for 5 minutes until the rice absorbs the water. And return rice to treamer and steam for another 30 minutes. Fluff up rice to allow axcess moisture to evaporate. Lower that heat and keep rice warm in the streamer until ready to serve.

- chicken powder
and how to make it is the first garlic, shallot, chilli, and lemongrass slice. Chopped chilli papper and lime leaves. After that heat the soybean oil then mix all the ingredients in the bowl and flush all using soybean oil, then seasoning add salt, black pepper, and chicken powder until the sambal mata has a taste.
And after sambal mata finished. I am help my group pleting for explain in restorant.
After all food menu we are take in restorant, we are back to kitchen for launch children of the nation. After that we are GC and we are back to home.
