A LA CARTE
Hay hay guys... Welcome back to my blog today i am back to tell you about what we are doing and what happened today, so keep stay in my blog and read until end.
Today i am woke up at 05:00 and i am take a bath and after that i am pray subuh, after that i am prepare my grooming and prepare my self for go to campus after already completed i am go to campus.
I am very exited for coming in the campus because i have interview for go to training in malysia at 09-00, and you know what my class for picking up trash plastic 15 trash bag because very much people not coming for study about religion.
And at 09-00 i come to office asking for permission for interview, and i go to rector, and my major the first interview, and i am very nervous i fell like 0`c in the room, but alhamdullillah i am out in the room with filling very happy because i am answer the question with speaking english.
After that i am back to kitchen for prepare menu a la carte. and my group get main course for this week,

Pan seared of salmon with hollandaise sauce

Saute jardinier vegetables
Grilled chopped lamb steak with rosemary and pine nuts
Colcannon
Vegetable tagliatelle
Moules mariniere (steamed mussels)
Gratin douphinoise
Creamed spinach

White pan bread
Onion rings
And i am prepare for hollandaise sauce. for make pan seared of salmon with hollandaise sauce. and after i am prepare hollandaise all male go to masque for pray and continued with religious student.
after that we are come back to kitchen for general cleaning, and evidently in pastry tosh bread not ready and all women in my class ordered for go to home from chef faisal.
And we are waiting for group 3 for finish the tosh bread. and we are waiting until 11-00. we are very tired but this is KITCHEN you must ready if you have mistake.
