PASTRY SECTION

Hello guys, welcome to my blog today i can tell you again what we are doing in kitchen and what happened in kitchen, so keep stay in my blog and read until end and you can get knowledge about kitchen check it out. 

Today i am wake up at 04:00, i am pray and after that i am check my toll bag and prepare my self for go to campus, after all completed i am go to campus. 

Until arrive in campus i am use my grooming and come in kitchen for continue my prepare before, i am take off dough pizza in chiller and i give mean kitchen group for make pizza,

after that i am help my group for make tosh bread, after that i am bake tosh bread and after finish i give main kitchen for make sandwich. after that we are plating for explain in chef Faisal. 

my group in pastry section and menu we make this week are:

1. Rice pudding 

2. Bubuh injin 

3. Sachertort

After explain, restaurant open and we are ready in we are each section, and alhamdulilah all completed and running smoothly. 

all order today smoothly and no big problem.

And i am prepare dough for pizza because yesterday my dough not perfect i am give olive oil very fast, it should be today i give olive oil. so i am make again.

After that we are eat together and after that we are general cleaning. And after we are gc we are one line for come back to home together. 

Maybe that all from me guys keep update my blog because tomorrow i am can share menu about pastry. thank you guys for read my blog. and PEACH OUT
