A LA CARTE MENU
Hello guys, welcome to my blog, today i back to tell you what we are doing today and i can tell you what happened in the kitchen, keep stay in my blog and read until finish.
I wake up at 05:00 and i take bath and pray after pray i am prepare until i think my self neat and i am go to campus. until i am finis i campus at 07:00 i am continue my prepare before.
I am in the butcher cut lamb for make lamb steak, after finish i give salt and pepper after that i wrap and put in the chiller, and lamb ready for grill.
After my section finis i help my group for towing the clam and after towing give maya for continue, after that my group ready for order, but before open order we are plating all menu and explain in chef Faisal.
After explain we are open order, and i am very busy because so many order the lamb steak, but almhamdulillah everything gonna success and all order out with my body very tired.
And i give you again recipe for make lamb steak
INGREDIENTS
175 gr- onion
60 gr- salad oil
3,5 kg- ground lamb
250 gr- bread crumbs
250 gr- toasted pine nuts
300 ml- milk
30 gr- fresh parsley ( chopped)
10 ml- dry rosemary
12 gr- salt
5 ml- white pepper
25 strips- beef bacon
PROCEDURE
1. Saute the onion in oil until tender. do not brown cool thoroughly.
2. Mix all ingredients except bacon in a bowl. mix gently until evenly combined. do not over mix.
3. Scale the meat into 150 gr portions. from the portions into thick patties, about 3/4 inch (2 cm) thick.
4. Wrap a strip of bacon around each patty and fasten with picks.
5. Grill or boil the patties under moderate head until done, turning once (see note)
6. Remove picks before serving
After that we are eat and after that all women learn about religion and all man GC and we are come back to home together.
