Prepare norimaki and prepare for breakfast
Hello hello guys, welcome back to my blog and today i am back to tell you what we are doing and what happened in kitchen today, so keep stay in my blog and read until end.
Today i wake up at 04:00 i am pray and take bath and after pray i am prepare my self to go campus, i prepare a tool what will be i take and check my grooming, after all ready i go to campus.
After arriving at kitchen is absent by senior and one line in the main kitchen to divide any group works for dessert, soup, main course,and appetizer. and my group got the main course is norimaki.
MENU ROTASI 2.4 ARE:
1. Tori tsumire jiru
2. Ingen no gama ae
3. Norimaki
4. Dorayaki
And after that suddenly our group was ordered to prepare breakfast by chef ical. and we immediately made croissants and danish. and our croissants which are crunchy but taste very salty. but chef ical say for doing tomorrow because we wanted to recite, after that we were GC and went home together.
After that we were told by the senior to prepare, and we prepared for the material from Norimaki, and I cut the cucumber into juliene pieces. but before that I weighed first to in put the data.
After that I checked the ingredients needed to make norimaki such as rice, nori, tubiko, vinegar sugar and salt. After everything is complete and the language is there, prepare for Norimaki to finish.
INGREDIENTS FOR NORIMAKI:

INGREDIENTS FOR NORIMAKI:
1. Rice 250 gr
2. Nori 7 layer
3. Tobiko 300 gr
4. Egg, beaten 2 pcs
5. Cucumber, cut into juliene sushizu 2 pcs
6. VInegar 100 ml
7. Sugar 130 ml
8. Salt 40 gr
PROCEDURE:
1. Mix all ingredients sushizu and boil, than a cool to room temperature.
2. Foe egg, make a thin omelette.
3. Make steam rice and mix with sushizu.
4. Portion rice to 7 portion (90gr/portion). Take makisu and put nori, rice and filling sushi like a cucumber, tobiko and omelette, then roll.
5.
