Breakfast
Hy hy guys welcome back to my blog today we are practis about breakfast and my group make indonesian break fast, what happend in kitchen today ? So just read my blog.
Today my group make breakfast, is indonesian break fast, yesterday we are have prepare for seosing and another. And todaya we are can doing again and continieu yesterday we are prepare.
And today i am and my group go to campus very fast becase we are can make sate, fried rice, and fried noodle. I am and my group arrived in the kitchen at 05:00. And i am check chiller and frezeer, trun on the lamp and stuff, trun on exshaust and fresh air, and open the window.
After that me and my group make sate, fried rice, fried noodle. After all finish we are take in restorant. After that we are breakfast together, after that we are general cleaning.
Recipe of beef satay :
Beef rump steak (cut bite size chunks) 1 kg
Onion medium (finely chopped) 1 pcs
Garlic cloves (finely chopped) 4 pcs
Sweet soy sauce 100 ml
Peanut oil 2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Palm sugar (grated) 1/2 tbsp
Ground coriander 1 tbsp
Peanut sauce:
Roasted peanuts 225 gr
Hot water 200 ml
Peanut oil, as needed
Candle nut (finely chopped ) 1 pcs
Ground coriander 1 tsp
Onion (finely chopped) 1 pcs
Garlic cloves (finely chopped) 3 pcs
Red chilies (finely chopped) 2-3 pcs
Coconut milk 200 ml
Sweet soy sauce 1tbsp
Lime juice, as needed
Salt, as needed
Palm sugar (grated), as needed
Procedure:
1.Combine the Ingredients for the skewers. mixing the beef
in well. marinate in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
2.Soak some bamboo skewers tn cold water for 1 hour.
3.To make the sauce, blend the peanuts and hot water to a
smooth paste. Heat a wok over medium heat and add a splash of oil, Briefly fry the candle nuts and coriander,
then add the onion, garlic and chili and cook for 2-3
minutes until the onion softens. Add the peanut paste,
coconut milk and ketchup sweet, stirring well until the sauce starts to simmer. Add the lime juice and season
with salt and palm sugar to taste.
4.Thread the beef onto skewers arid barbecue over medium heat. Spoon over the Warm peanut sauce.
