Continental breakfast and english breakfast
Hy hy guys welcome back to my blog long time no meet, today i am come back for tell you about story and what we make in kitchen today, So stay tuned for read.
Today we are enter material about continental breakfast and english breakfast, i am very happy because today i am to be class leader, at 05:00 i am wake up and after than i am prepare for my tools and my grooming after all completed i am go to campus.
Until i am arrived in kitchen i am open all window, check temperature all chiller and freezer, i am turn on exhaust, and tr on gas. After that we are one line, after sir ical enter class and make me method about english breakfast and continental breakfast.
And my group make continental breakfast that coffee and tea. And the first my group filed to make tea it turns out that tea will come out in restaurant is fresh tea not use sugar, so we changes tea.
RECIPE COFFEE AND TEA
-Water 8 L
-Coffee 300 gr
-Tea 15 pcs
-Milk
PROCEDURE
1. Boil water,
2. After boil, take coffee and tea in water
3. After that strain for take out pulp coffee and foam from tea, and coffee and tea ready for drink.
