MAKE PIE DOUGH, SUGAR DOUGH AND PASTRY CREAM

Hello guys ... good afternoon and welcome back to my blog today i would like to tell you what happend i doing in kitchen. Oke let's starter... 

Today we are make pie dough, sugar dough and pastry cream. And for make pie dough this are the ingridiants 

- Flour              500 gr 

- Shortening    300 gr 

- Cold water    150 gr 

- Salt                 10 gr 

- Sugar             25 gr

For make sugar dough this is the ingridiants 

- Butter 250 gr 

- Sugar 90 gr 

- Salt 2 gr

- Egg 70 gr

- Pastry flour 375 gr 

And sir ical explain how to make it after that im doing togetger with group, in the middle of making senior explain about how to make pastry cream. And this the ingridiants for make pastry cream 

- Fresh milk 1 L 

- Sugar          150 gr

- Flour           120 gr 

- Egg yolk     300 gr
