APPETIZER (CALIFORNIA BURGER)

Hello guys welcome to my blog today i come back to tell you what we are doing in kitchen and what happened in kitchen today, so keep stay in my blog and read until end. 

Today i am wake up at 05:00 i am take bath and i am pray, after that i am prepare my self for go to campus, but before that i am check my toll bag and i think all completed and i am go to campus. 

Until arrive in kitchen i am use my apron and i am towing the patty for make burger, and make mayonnaise after that i check bread burger and  choose which not hard.and after that i am scale and take it condiment i can use for make burger. 

After that i am displace microwave because very far if i use microwave in pastry and i am make burger in main kitchen, after ingredients burger completed, chef Faisal tell me for online and chef Faisal discus about training. 

After that open restaurant and we are ready in we are section, the first order my burger and alhamdulillah all smoothly and suddenly chef Faisal scream out with big sound all food close order because order in restaurant like table d`hote and while we are practice about a la carte. And chef Faisal close order for restaurant. and we are take all prepare in chiller and GC, 

After GC at 03:00. we are children of the nation or we are eat together and after that we are pray and continue with all women learn about religion in mosque. And suddenly in group notice by mam Sury say I, Arden, and, Afriza call by mam Yenni in rector. i am very surprise in my opinion, oh good what is that i am very panic, and after i am arrive in rector. 

I have bad news, i am with afriza cancel by my program study for go to Malaysia. but i keep positive think about that, because chef Faisal have tell me before " you see your senior, what if in Malaysia you go training you can smart in all section, you come back in indonesia you can get same with if you training in malaysia just so so". Maybe Allah have will another planing, so i can choose for training in Basque Jakarta restaurant.
